Open issuer filings, offering documents, annual and quarterly reports, ownership filings and current reports using the SEC’s company search.
Open SEC EDGAR →OTC Filing Watch monitors the SEC and FINRA event paths it can verify. This source map adds useful, no-cost public-record entry points without presenting them as proprietary feeds, price data, or conclusions about an issuer.
Some OTC securities do not have a current SEC reporting trail, and FINRA Daily List records only specific corporate actions. A quiet event wire does not prove that an issuer is inactive, current, suitable, or absent from OTC Markets.

Open SEC EDGAR →Review FINRA OTC Daily List records for symbols, names, splits, deletions and other listed corporate actions. It is not a full OTC quote directory.
Open FINRA OTC Daily List →Where a ticker is known, an issuer dossier links out to its OTC Markets profile. Profile content, quote data and market tier information remain controlled by OTC Markets.
Open OTC Markets →Search names through the official sanctions-search portal. Name similarity is not a match or a determination; use an appropriate compliance process to verify identity.
Open OFAC search →PACER provides registered access to U.S. federal court records. Court searches, identity matching and any chargeable documents are performed by the user under PACER’s terms.
Open PACER →Use the issuer’s official site and its state-of-incorporation registry when the jurisdiction is known. These are useful verification steps, but are not automatically harvested by this site.
Suggest a public-record correction →Automated monitor: SEC filings cross-matched to the monitored OTC issuer universe and FINRA OTC Daily List actions. Linked external checks: OTC Markets profiles, SEC issuer search, FINRA, OFAC and PACER. Not included: a licensed all-issuer OTC directory, real-time quotes, trade data, litigation conclusions, sanctions determinations or legal advice.
Search by company or CIK first. If a quoted security is not in the SEC-observed universe, submit its ticker and public source through the coverage-review queue.
