Time and ordering

Items are ordered by the time reported by the source and display a separate first-seen timestamp. Source indexing delays, amendments and later corrections can change the order or available detail.

Issuer summaries

When an official record supports a correction, we prioritize the source link, form type, published time and issuer summary while preserving traceable filing history.
