If a quoted security is not yet in the SEC-observed issuer universe, send the ticker and a public source. We retain it as an unverified coverage candidate—not as a confirmed OTC Markets profile or a data-feed record.
The request is stored for source review. A record may be added only when a permitted public source supports a stable identity or filing link. Submission does not create a company dossier, confirm quotation status, or trigger a compliance determination.
