Public filing pages can be read without an account. If you subscribe to the Daily OTC Filing Brief, we store your email address, consent time and a secure unsubscribe token solely to send that brief and manage your subscription.

Professional accounts and billing are handled separately. We do not store payment-card details or PayPal credentials. We do not sell subscriber information or use it to alter public filing rankings.

You can unsubscribe from any Daily Brief email. Basic security and access logs may be processed to protect the service.
