Privacy Policy

Public pages can be read without an account. Username accounts do not require an email address. We store the username, password-verification material, secure session records and in-app account state needed to operate the workspace.

Google sign-in is optional. When you use it to create or enter a workspace, we use Google’s stable account identifier and verified email address for authentication and account security. We do not request contacts, Drive or Calendar access, and do not use Google identity information for marketing.

OTC Filing Watch does not send Daily Brief, Watchlist or marketing emails. Issuer reminders are shown only inside the signed-in workspace. We do not sell account identities, Watchlists or behavioural data.

We retain account, security and service logs for reasonable operational, abuse-prevention and legal purposes. Payment credentials are handled by PayPal and are not stored by OTC Filing Watch. Last updated: September 4, 2026.
