Research Notes are source-bound professional observations, questions and correction requests. They are not investment recommendations, a solicitation, a quote service, a broker-dealer service or a transaction venue.

Required

• Choose the specific official SEC or FINRA event that prompted the note.
• State uncertainty where facts are incomplete and use official sources for factual claims.
• Use a professional profile with a self-described role.

Not permitted

• Buy/sell calls, price targets, performance promises, undisclosed promotion, fundraising solicitations or requests to transact.
• Material non-public information, personal data, harassment, impersonation or copied confidential material.
• Claims that an issuer is investable, compliant, a shell, fraudulent or legally cleared without an appropriate official basis.

Notes may be rate-limited, removed or held for review. Three member reports automatically move a note out of public view pending review. OTC Filing Watch may retain moderation records to protect users and operate the service.
